How can I place an order?
Please contact us by e-mail or by filling in the form on our contact page. We will gladly process your enquiry, free of charge or obligation to you. The offer will provide information regarding product features, description and availability, possible production and/or delivery times, and payment terms and conditions. Please be aware that a quote does not imply the reservation of products, only the availability at the time of the offer.

What is the minimum order amount needed to get wholesale prices?
In order to be able to offer wholesale prices, the first order placed must be over the minimum order amount of € 1.500,00. For subsequent orders under € 1.500,00 there will be a surcharge of 5%. This surcharge is necessary if we are to maintain our reasonable and tightly calculated prices.

Do you also sell to foreign countries?
We deliver to companies throughout Europe. Within the EU we can deliver without charging value-added tax provided we have your valid VAT identification number. Freight costs are calculated according to distance and value of goods. We will be glad to calculate the freight costs for your enquiry or order, at no obligation to you.

Can private individuals order?
AWF Europe is a wholesale company that delivers exclusively to bulk buyers in the hospitality industries (HORECA), such as hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, golf resorts, etc.

Can I pick up the products at one of your warehouse locations myself?
If it is more convenient or economic for you (or your transporter) to pick up your order at one of our warehouses, that can be arranged.
